1.2. Monitoring and Audit: For security and legal protection purposes, the Platform records access logs, IP addresses, and timestamps ("Acceptance Audit Trail"). Such records constitute legal proof of acceptance of these terms.
1.3. User is responsible for the custody of their credentials. The Company reserves the right to suspend the account upon detection of anomalous access, credential sharing, or suspicious activity.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT
4.1. All materials (videos, texts, software) are the exclusive property of Digital Infobiz LLC. Any unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or resale is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate account termination and a claim for damages.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1. Educational services are provided "AS IS". The Company is not liable for trading decisions made by the User based on information learned in the courses.
6. PERSONAL DATA (GDPR & USA)
6.1. User explicitly consents to the transfer and processing of their data in the United States for the provision of the service.
7. GOVERNING LAW, ARBITRATION, AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
7.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (USA).
7.2. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through Binding Arbitration (AAA).
7.3. Waiver: User expressly waives the right to participate in Class Actions or collective actions against the Company.

2.1. La Piattaforma eroga esclusivamente servizi di formazione (e-learning) e accesso a strumenti tecnologici ("Tool Informatici").

2.3. L'Utente riconosce di agire in piena autonomia decisionale.
3. AVVERTENZA GENERALE SUI RISCHI

4.1. Tutti i materiali (video, testi, software) sono di proprieta esclusiva di Digital Infobiz LLC. E vietata qualsiasi riproduzione, condivisione o rivendita non autorizzata. La violazione comporta l'immediata risoluzione dell'account e richiesta danni.
5. LIMITAZIONE DI RESPONSABILITA PIATTAFORMA
5.1. I servizi formativi sono forniti "cosi come sono". La Societa non risponde per decisioni di trading assunte dall'Utente sulla base delle informazioni apprese nei corsi.
6. DATI PERSONALI (GDPR & USA)
6.1. L'Utente acconsente al trasferimento dei propri dati negli USA per l'erogazione del servizio.
7. LEGGE APPLICABILE, ARBITRATO E CLASS ACTION WAIVER
7.1. Il presente contratto e regolato dalle leggi dello Stato del New Mexico (USA).
7.2. Qualsiasi controversia sara risolta esclusivamente tramite Arbitrato Vincolante (AAA).
7.3. Rinuncia: L'Utente rinuncia espressamente al diritto di partecipare a Class Action o azioni collettive contro la Societa.

1.1. El acceso a los servicios esta reservado a usuarios mayores de edad. El Usuario garantiza que los datos proporcionados son veraces y estan actualizados.
1.2. Monitoreo y Auditoria: Por motivos de seguridad y proteccion legal, la Plataforma registra logs de acceso, direcciones IP y marcas de tiempo ("Acceptance Audit Trail"). Dichos registros constituyen prueba legal de la aceptacion de estos terminos.
1.3. El Usuario es responsable de la custodia de sus credenciales. La Empresa se reserva el derecho de suspender la cuenta en caso de detectar accesos anomalos, uso compartido de credenciales o actividad sospechosa.
2. OBJETO DEL SERVICIO Y "NO ASESORAMIENTO FINANCIERO"
2.1. La Plataforma ofrece exclusivamente servicios de formacion (e-learning) y acceso a herramientas tecnologicas ("Herramientas Informaticas").
2.2. Descargo Regulatorio: La Empresa no es un intermediario financiero, no es un banco y no es una Gestora de Activos. Ningun contenido de la plataforma constituye asesoramiento financiero personalizado, captacion de ahorro publico o recomendacion de inversion.
2.3. El Usuario reconoce actuar con plena autonomia de decision.
3. ADVERTENCIA GENERAL SOBRE RIESGOS
3.1. El trading online conlleva un alto grado de riesgo y puede determinar la perdida total del capital.
3.2. Los rendimientos pasados mostrados en los cursos tienen fines puramente didacticos/teoricos y no garantizan resultados futuros.
3.3. Naturaleza de los Datos (Backtest): El Usuario reconoce que cualquier resultado, porcentaje de beneficio o historial de rendimiento mostrado en los materiales de marketing tiene una naturaleza exclusivamente teorica y simulada (el llamado "Backtest"). Dichos datos no representan operaciones reales, no tienen en cuenta el impacto de la liquidez o el slippage (retraso en la ejecucion) y no constituyen una prevision de resultados futuros.
4. PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL Y COPYRIGHT
4.1. Todos los materiales (videos, textos, software) son propiedad exclusiva de Digital Infobiz LLC. Queda prohibida cualquier reproduccion, comparticion o reventa no autorizada. La violacion conlleva la resolucion inmediata de la cuenta y reclamacion de danos.
5. LIMITACION DE RESPONSABILIDAD DE LA PLATAFORMA
5.1. Los servicios formativos se suministran "TAL CUAL" ("AS IS"). La Empresa no responde por las decisiones de trading tomadas por el Usuario basandose en la informacion aprendida en los cursos.
6. DATOS PERSONALES (GDPR & USA)
6.1. El Usuario consiente la transferencia de sus datos a EE. UU. para la prestacion del servicio.
7. LEY APLICABLE, ARBITRAJE Y RENUNCIA A DEMANDA COLECTIVA
7.1. Este contrato se rige por las leyes del Estado de New Mexico (EE. UU.).
7.2. Cualquier controversia se resolvera exclusivamente mediante Arbitraje Vinculante (AAA).
7.3. Renuncia: El Usuario renuncia expresamente al derecho de participar en Demandas Colectivas (Class Actions) contra la Empresa.
7.4. Idioma Prevalente: En caso de discrepancia entre esta traduccion y la version original, prevalecera la version en ingles.

2.3. L'Utilisateur reconnait agir en toute autonomie decisionnelle.

6. DONNEES PERSONNELLES (RGPD & USA)
6.1. L'Utilisateur consent au transfert de ses donnees aux Etats-Unis pour la fourniture du service.
7. LOI APPLICABLE, ARBITRAGE ET RENONCIATION AUX RECOURS COLLECTIFS
7.1. Le present contrat est regi par les lois de l'Etat du Nouveau-Mexique (USA).
7.2. Tout litige sera resolu exclusivement par Arbitrage Executoire (AAA).
7.3. Renonciation : L'Utilisateur renonce expressement a son droit de participer a des Recours Collectifs (Class Actions) contre la Societe.
7.4. Langue Prevalente : En cas de divergence entre cette traduction et la version originale, la version anglaise prevaudra.
